One thing that’s wildly clear after scanning the rundown of our 10 most well-loved recipes this month: You were all very eager to bake! Between the end of the school year, Father’s Day, and the much-anticipated arrival of summer, it’s easy to understand why. There’s no shortage of excuses to bake something sweet to celebrate. Not to mention seasonal fruits like cherries and strawberries are finally in abundance. I, too, have been carting home as many containers of juicy berries as I can to bake into pies, tarts, and beyond.

Cakes, along with picnic and potluck-friendly bars and cookies, were the recipes our readers clicked on most this month. It wasn’t all sweets, though. A simple summery pasta and foolproof salmon also made the list.
